Terms of Use
1. Provider
Leadcalm is provided by Benneth Müller, Benneth Müller Digital Solutions & Education, Borgfelder Str. 16, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, ben@leadcalm.app. The provider is also your contact for questions about the app.
2. Who can use Leadcalm
Leadcalm is for people aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The app is built for adults at work, and our AI providers expect adult users.
3. License agreement
If you download Leadcalm from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement for Licensed Applications (EULA) applies. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms of use supplement them.
4. Practice, not diagnosis
Leadcalm is a conversation rehearsal app. Prepared replies and AI feedback are suggestions, not diagnosis, employee assessment, legal advice or therapy. No professional or personal outcome is guaranteed.
5. You remain responsible
AI can generate incorrect or inappropriate content. Review suggestions before using them in real conversations. Upload and enter only content you are entitled to share. This app is not suitable for acute crises or emergencies.
6. Free use, account and cloud features
You use Leadcalm with an account (email and password), created when you set up the app. Your practice data is saved to your account by default; you can turn this off in the app. The chat with prepared replies and reflections need no subscription. The written AI chat, voice conversations and other AI features require a confirmed email address, your consent and server availability. Free accounts include one voice conversation (up to 10 minutes, with report) once, and limited daily use of the written AI features.
7. Leadcalm Pro subscription
- Leadcalm Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. It includes 10 voice conversations per calendar month (up to 10 minutes each) and higher daily limits for AI chat replies, live hints and reports.
- Price, billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen and in the store before you confirm. The offer you confirm in the store is binding. The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers where the store offers it.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it in time. The deadline depends on the store:
- App Store (Apple): cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial). Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Google Play: cancellation follows Google Play's rules: cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.
- You can cancel any time: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Deleting your Leadcalm account or the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
