Delete your Leadcalm account
Option 1: in the app
- Open Leadcalm and sign in.
- On the Today screen, tap the settings icon at the top right.
- Open Account & subscription → Account & cloud.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. The app confirms the deletion only after our server has checked that the account no longer exists.
Option 2: by email, without the app
Send an email from the address of your Leadcalm account to ben@leadcalm.app with the subject “Delete my Leadcalm account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: email address, password hash and user ID (permanently, not only deactivated).
- The saved copy of your app data in your account.
- Reports of AI content you sent from the app (they are stored with your account and removed with it).
- The subscription status and usage counters stored with your account.
- When you delete in the app: the private data stored on that device (sessions, transcripts, reports, reflections, custom situations, talk cards, work profile and check-ins). Export it first if you want to keep it (Settings → Data & privacy → Export JSON).
What is not deleted
- Your subscription is not canceled. Cancel it separately: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google and the customer record at our subscription service RevenueCat.
- A log of subscription events that contains only event IDs and results, without your user ID.
- Data on other devices where you use Leadcalm: delete it there with Settings → Data & privacy → Delete local data, or delete the app.
Only delete some data
- Saved copy only: Settings → Account & subscription → Account & cloud → Delete the saved copy.
- Data on this device only: Settings → Data & privacy → Delete local data.
